By accessing or using TiBHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the platform
• Respect intellectual property rights of other users and businesses
• Do not engage in fraudulent transactions

4. Marketplace & Payments

Purchases made through the marketplace are subject to the seller's terms. TiBHub facilitates transactions but is not responsible for the quality of third-party products or services. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create on TiBHub remains yours. By posting, you grant TiBHub a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. TiBHub's brand, logo, and proprietary content are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

TiBHub is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
