TiBHub Content Creation Guide
How to create a Lecture, Workshop, or Training course on TiBHub. All three are created from your Business Dashboard and follow the same pattern: fill the form → upload media → set pricing → submit for review (or auto-publish if your business is verified).
Before you start (one-time setup)
- Create your account — tibhub.com/auth/register, then click the verification link sent to your email.
- Set up your business profile — Dashboard → Business → Create Business
Profile (
/dashboard/business/create). Add your logo, description, website, and contact details. - Get verified (recommended) — verified businesses skip admin review and their content goes live immediately. Unverified businesses can still create content, but it stays Pending Review until a TiBHub admin approves it.
Media checklist before you begin:
| Asset | Recommended |
|---|---|
| Thumbnail image | 16:9 landscape (e.g. 1280×720), JPG/PNG |
| Video file | MP4, uploaded via the built-in uploader |
| Audio file (optional) | MP3 |
| Slides (optional) | A public PDF link |
Pricing works the same everywhere: enter prices in major units (e.g. 50.00)
for NGN, USD, and/or GBP. Leave all price fields blank to make it free.
1. Create a Lecture (recorded, on-demand)
Where: Dashboard → Business → Lectures → New
(/dashboard/business/lectures/new)
- Basic Info
- Lecture Title* (required) — e.g. "Introduction to Cloud Computing"
- Level — Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced
- Category — pick from the platform categories
- Duration — length in minutes (e.g. 45)
- PDF / Slide URL (optional) — link to supporting slides
- Description — what viewers will learn
- Thumbnail Image — click the upload button and select your cover image.
- Video (optional) — upload your recorded lecture video.
- Audio (optional) — upload an audio-only version (podcast-style).
- Pricing — NGN / USD / GBP, or blank for free.
- Visibility & Promotion
- Tick Submit for Review / Publish to make it live (or queue it for admin approval if unverified).
- Tick Featured / Advertise to request highlighting on the platform.
- Click Create Lecture. You'll land on the edit page where you can refine details any time.
Learners find it at: Academy → Lectures (/academy).
2. Create a Workshop (live, scheduled event)
Where: Dashboard → Business → Workshops → New
(/dashboard/business/workshops/new)
- Basic Info
- Workshop Title* (required)
- Level, Category, Description — as above
- Schedule
- Start Date & Time* and End Date & Time* (both required)
- Timezone — the timezone the times are entered in
- Max Attendees (optional) — cap the seats; when full, new registrants join the waitlist and are notified automatically if a spot opens
- Meeting URL (optional) — your Zoom/Meet link; you can add it later, and attendees receive it with their confirmation and 24-hour reminder emails
- Thumbnail, Pricing, Visibility — same as lectures.
- Click Create Workshop.
What happens automatically: attendees get a confirmation email when they register and a reminder email the day before the session.
Learners find it at: Academy → Workshops (/academy).
3. Create a Training (multi-module course)
Where: Dashboard → Business → Trainings → New
(/dashboard/business/trainings/new)
- Delivery Mode (required) — choose one:
- On-Demand — self-paced; learners work through recorded modules
- Live Online — cohort-based over Zoom; requires:
- Zoom Meeting Link* (required)
- Zoom Meeting ID (optional)
- Session Start / End Date & Time
- Basic Info — Training Title* (required), Level, Category, Description.
- Thumbnail / Video / Audio — upload cover image; intro or full video and audio are optional.
- Pricing & Visibility — same as lectures.
- Click Create Training, then — this is the important part —
- Add Modules on the edit page (
/dashboard/business/trainings/<id>/edit): break the course into ordered modules (lesson video/content per module). Learner progress is tracked per module, and completion feeds their certificate.
Learners find it at: Training (/training), enrol, and continue from
Dashboard → Enrollments.
After publishing — all content types
- Approval: verified businesses are live immediately; otherwise an admin reviews it (Admin → Academy / Trainings) and you'll see the status change from Pending Review to Published.
- Edit any time: Dashboard → Business → (Lectures / Workshops / Trainings) → select the item → Edit.
- Enrolment emails are sent to learners automatically on purchase/enrolment.
- Track performance: Dashboard → Business shows sales and analytics; learners can leave reviews after completing your content.
