Migrating from AWS to Azure — Our Experience

We just completed a 6-month migration from AWS to Azure for our SaaS platform (50k daily users). Here's what we learned: **What went well:** - Azure DevOps pipelines are excellent - Cost savings of ~20% on compute - Better integration with our Microsoft 365 stack **Challenges:** - S3 → Blob Storage migration took longer than expected - Had to rewrite our Lambda functions for Azure Functions - Some team members had a steep learning curve **Would we do it again?** Yes, but with better planning.
